As part of the construction of the new ELYSIS care home in Esch-sur-Alzette, Poeckes Construction carried out the structural shell work for a major project dedicated to welcoming and supporting elderly people.
Carried out between 2018 and 2024, this project required the implementation of structural shell work adapted to the specific requirements of a care facility, with particular attention paid to solidity, execution precision, and the quality of the structures built.
The Poeckes teams thus contributed to the construction of the building’s load-bearing structure, from the structural shell work to the creation of the various structural elements necessary for the construction of this facility.
This project illustrates Poeckes’ expertise in carrying out complex and large-scale projects, as well as its ability to work on buildings requiring a high level of coordination between the various stakeholders.
