The Internet platform www.wedo.lu (hereinafter "Wedo") is managed by the limited liability company FDA Services (hereinafter "FDA Sàrl"), which has been registered in the Luxembourg Commercial Register since 18. july 2017 under the number B216299 and has its registered office in 2, circuit de la Foire Internationale, L-1347 Luxembourg.
Wedo is interesting for two different target groups of users who clearly differ from each other: Individuals or users and entrepreneurs or craftsmen.
Wedo enables entrepreneurs to benefit from various services and the sale of products online. Wedo connects on the one hand customers who are looking for products or services and on the other hand experts from the trade. The contract is concluded individually between the above-mentioned parties.
The use of the platform requires a fee for offerers of products and services, for individuals or users it's free.
Wedo makes it possible to quickly find the right specialist for a project. Suppliers, in turn, benefit from an easy-to-use platform on which they can present themselves and their products and services in order to convince new customers of their services.
According to article 1119 of the Civil Code, no person may register on behalf of a third party unless he is its legal representative or has been expressly appointed to do so.
According to articles 1123 et seq. of the civil code, the user must be entitled to conclude a contract. In order to use the services of Wedo, you must be at least 18 years old or an emancipated minor over 16 years.
By using this website, users confirm that they have the necessary skills and age. Wedo rejects any obligation to check. In the event of use of the website by a minor or adult who is unable to do so, the legal representative is responsible and therefore liable for any obligations entered into by the user.
Access to Wedo is in principle reserved for FDA ASBL members, unless FDA Sàrl decides otherwise. A different fee schedule applies to entrepreneurs – who are not FDA members. Wedo can only be used by entrepreneurs who have registered.
After signing the contract, you can create an account by specifying an account name (login) and password and entering your personal data using a standardized registration form. As required by the standard registration form, you agree to provide truthful, accurate, legal, current and complete information about yourself. You agree to update your information regularly and in the event of changes to the information in your user account.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account and password confidential, personal and non-transferable. You agree to protect the password and login assigned to you and not to pass it on to third parties. In the event of loss of the password, the entrepreneur undertakes to inform the FDA Sàrl. The entrepreneur undertakes to inform the FDA Sàrl as soon as there are doubts that an unauthorized third party had access to Wedo or had gained knowledge of the password. Neither the publisher nor the administrator can be held responsible for the use by third parties who are in possession of the access parameters. FDA Sàrl reserves the right to block companies that have provided their access data. However, this block does not release the company from its obligation to pay.
You are solely responsible for the publication of all your data, information, photos, plans, etc. You are solely responsible for concluding the contract with the individual and the consequences of failure to perform or improper performance of your obligations. Wedo is only an intermediary platform and cannot be held responsible for the use of the website or the misuse of the purpose of the website.
The access to Wedo is via the Internet. You declare that you know and accept the risks. You must protect yourself from the effects of computer piracy by implementing a customized and secure computer configuration, especially a firewall and a regularly updated virus program. The publisher or administrator cannot be held liable for any damage that you incur directly or indirectly in connection with surfing on Wedo.
The FDA Sarl reserves the right to change, modify or switch off Wedo for reasons of maintenance, updating or other reasons. Liability to the publisher or administrator for direct or indirect damages in connection with such changes is excluded.
Liability for damages incurred by the user as a result of non-performance or improper performance of contractual obligations or the possible loss of data, in particular for indirect damage, consequential damage caused by a defect, loss of profit or claims by third parties, is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
This is expressly agreed:
Wedo serves only as an intermediary between provider and user. The contract is concluded directly between the craft business and the customer outside wedo.lu.
In any case, FDA Sàrl is exempt from the control of the information, contents, products and services that the vendor places online on Wedo.
Wedo assumes no responsibility for any illegal, immoral or improper use of these functions. Likewise, in the event of improper provision of services or defects in products sold via the online shop, the provider declares sole responsibility for any damage.
