FDA Services Sàrl (hereinafter "FDA Sàrl") is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the protection of your personal information. These privacy policies explain the type of personal data we collect and how we use and protect it.

These privacy policies apply to all personal data that you have provided to an FDA Sàrl employee, or that you have entered when creating a user account and that FDA Sàrl is able to process in the course of commercial activities.

FDA Sàrl takes data protection seriously. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the data protection policy implemented in our company, the following five principles form the basis of our approach to protecting your privacy:

2 - You have the right to be clearly informed about how we use your personal data. We are always transparent for you as to what data we collect and how we use it.

Implementing your consent

When collecting personal data that do not result from a legal or contractual obligation, FDA Sàrl informs that their transmission is optional and implies, as soon as they are transmitted, consent to their further computerized processing by FDA Sàrl in compliance with these conditions.

In these privacy rules of conduct, your "personal data" means one or more pieces of information that could identify you. This generally includes information such as your name, address, identifiers, profile image, email address, and telephone number, but may also include other information about your past or current business activities. We may collect this information from a variety of sources, including:

• Information you give us directly
• Information you enter yourself
• Information available in the public domain

We use your personal data within the framework of the overall management of the activities of our organisation, i.e.:

• to process the service contracts concluded with you;

• to enable the craft enterprises represented on the platform to offer you products and services;
• to manage the settlement of our services as well as your invoices within the framework of our accounting;
• to build up a customer database.

If we collect personal data only for these purposes, we will not store it for longer than necessary to fulfil this purpose, unless we have to keep it for legal reasons. Our CMS gives you direct access to your data, which you can edit or delete yourself.

To protect this data from accidental or malicious destruction, when we delete it from our services, we may not immediately delete any remaining copies of our servers or backup systems.

As a general rule, we do not share your personal data outside FDA Sàrl. However, as part of the management of the represented craft businesses on wedo.lu, we will communicate your data to the FDA ASBL for verification of your membership status which is the prerequisite to your participation on wedo.lu.

We do not transfer any of your personal data to servers outside Europe and we use subcontractors who undertake to keep your data on European territory. In terms of a change in policy, this transfer will be done in compliance with the GDPR and privacy laws and you will be informed.
