THE POSITION

The position, described by the company

FUNCTION:
·         You are able to study and analyze a plan
  • Analyze and prepare cost studies for tenders
  • Be responsible for files from the reception of the tender to the submission of the price offer.
  • Analyze and propose technical variations with the aim of optimizing costs.
·         Calculate the costs of general construction projects, mainly in the field of renovation and the construction of traditional and timber-frame houses.
  • Manage the budget according to the specifications.
  • Consult suppliers and technical service providers.
  • Prepare tender submission files
·         Work in close collaboration with your supervisors
PROFILE:
            
  • Perfect command of French; any other language will be considered an asset
  • Several years of experience in a similar role
  • Specialized knowledge in the field of construction, carpentry and/or roofing/sheet metal work
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Very good communication and organizational skills
  • Meticulous and accurate
