It seems to be a typical thing for construction companies in Luxemburg to waste your time by coming to look at the works and never calling you back afterwards. This company send their employee to inspect the work and promised us to send us an estimate by the end of the week. “Big scammers to avoid quickly! 0 out of 10. The technician intern arrives at my place, having forgotten part of his equipment. He goes back and forth to get the silicone. When I receive the invoice, he includes the time it took him to go get the material and charges me 4 hours to unplug a ceramic hob to replace it with an induction hob. What a rip-off! I will dispute this service! What a scam! Definitely do not use them, they are swindlers.”
