“Good and large choice of material. Unfortunately, all the windows delivered to us were damaged (paint). Shutters are noisy. After-sales service for the south of Luxembourg is non-existent. So very long waits in case of repairs.”

“Hello, 50% of all wooden window frames (in the entire building) had minor to major flaws, damages or dents. These were then simply painted over and not replaced. When trying to get compensation or redress, there was no concession at all.”
