“company build trash house , don’t buy. We live in the house 3 years, the water can’t flowing down from shower. 3 months ago They fix water pump wrong and all mushrooms on walls,someone passed without finding the problem and then we need to ask help from organization to check . After that , someone come to pump all water out . now they refuse to pay for the damage which they caused. Our family live in the house with all mushrooms 3 months now. Before this , leaking roof of water, water inside electricity tube…..lots of problems. DO NOT Buy any house they build, endless problems and health issues. The service is very bad. We informed them 2 months about the mushroom, and after one month someone passed without doing anything, and after one month, we need to ask ULC to help us, then they immediately come to empty the water , but the mushroom is growing more and more , if they react immediately the damage will not be so severe . All the walls have the mushroom now.”
