I only give two start because some of the employees where nice ! But they overcharged me for 2200 euros ! I was able to go down to 1300 euros again for the same repairs! Also , they forgot to repair one of the most important things they had to repair for the CT , and i failed because of it ! Now i have to got to another Garage to fix this Problem ! I went there as my air-con system was out of refrigerating gas. They just refilled it without noticing that there was a leakage, so after 4-5 usages of AC the system was off again. Additionally, they broke the rubber of my windshield wiper so I had to buy a new one (I don't know how it is possible as I had come there only for the AC). Also the attitude at the reception was a little too inappropriate and familiar with the client.
Stay away!!! Crappy garage! Short story: they destroyed a tire when dismantling (long tear from the machine on rim ). And claiming the previous garage's fault! Tyre bought new 4 months before, from a reputable garage, mounted under my assistance! Really?!?!? very, very unlikely... Long story is from ridiculous to unbelievable. I try to be short. I went to replace a valve. They called me after few days, ready like. Not fixed, a different person unaware of the problem. ( the tear) so they mounted the tire; I left. Next day pressure gone. Went back, oooh the valve was wrongly mounted. But they forgot to tell me about the tear!!! Even they did not accept me inside because of insurance!!! Nearly for a mental breakdown. So you have a car in a garage, destroyed, but can not see as you are not allowed to stay there!! UUUnbeliaveble, unbeliavable! Now think about, previous garage... new tires mounted with me sitting next to mechanics, how can they do this?? Second time in this garage, first time they put a wiper wrongly, I discovered... on the road when raining in the night... UUHHH!!
The guy working today was great—he even stayed extra time because there was a long queue, which I really appreciate. However, the overall experience was not the best for me. We paid for a VIP service, knowing that the vacuum was extra, as mentioned on the website and at the location. But no one mentioned that washing the floor mats also required an additional fee. Better transparency on pricing would make the experience much better.
