“Had a first meeting at their facility to explain my plan for the bathroom which was very nice and friendly and so we scheduled a next appointment at my place to take measurments etc etc. which also took place and from then on, no contact anymore. After two months I wrote an email which to this date is still unanswered. At least a no sorry we can’t do this would have been appreciated.”

“The company Wohlwert installed a heat pump at my home. Everything went perfectly from the first phone call to the commissioning, within the targeted timeframe. I can recommend the company Wohlwert 100%.”

“We had our oil heating replaced by Wohlwert with a heat pump system. From planning to installation, everything was very professional, the work was clean and precise, and the employees were polite. Now we are excited for our first winter with the heat pump.”
Thank you very, very much!
Vielen vielen Dank!

“We were very satisfied with Wohlwert. The company took on many different jobs for us – from removing the oil tank and installing a gas heating system to new radiators and drinking water pipes, right through to implementing our bathroom planning. Everything was carried out reliably and professionally. The employees are very friendly, work cleanly and always find a good solution even when unexpected problems arise. Wohlwert might be priced slightly higher, but in return, everything really worked 100% for us. We would hire the company again at any time and can absolutely recommend them.”
Mrs. Geschwindt, thank you from the bottom of my heart!
Frau Geschwindt, von Herzen Danke!

“We had all the water pipes and drains in our bathroom re-laid and are absolutely satisfied with the work of the Wohlwerth company. The technician in charge was extremely knowledgeable, punctual and explained every step to us in an understandable way. The new connections for the shower, sink and toilet were laid with millimeter precision. All new pipes are perfectly positioned, everything is absolutely tight and the quality is top. A big compliment to the technician and the entire team. We can recommend the Wohlwerth company without reservation!”

“I have already had several contracts with the Wohlwert company, always very competent in advice and execution, always met deadlines and very responsive to special requests. This time, when replacing the gas boiler, it was even faster, the advice was top, efficient problem solving with another gas boiler, and in less than 1 week the new boiler was operational. My praise therefore goes especially to the two technicians on site for this great performance.”
Thank you very much, our team is delighted.
Vielen Dank, unser Team freut sich.

“Our bathroom was renovated from scratch by the Wohlwert company and its partners. Demolition of the existing bathroom with removal of tiles and screed. Thanks to good dust protection and cleaning of the walkways after the work was done, the spread of dust was reduced to a minimum. Every employee of the Wohlwert company and all other craftsmen involved in the work were always friendly, courteous and arrived on time. The advice in the Wohlwert company's showrooms left nothing to be desired. If there were any questions, either an employee was available or the project manager could be reached via email or telephone. All work was completed on schedule.”
Thank you very much Mr. Ensch, great feedback.
Besten Dank Herr Ensch, tolles Feedback.

“We can recommend the Wohlwert company without reservation. Starting with the advice/design assistance for the new bathroom, right through to the craftsmen. Very friendly, competent and also very accommodating with questions or short-term changes, and you always felt in good hands. Luxembourg is a small country and the best advertising you can get is word of mouth. In our street, there are already 3 households that have had their bathroom done by the Wohlwert company. I think you don't need to write much more than that...”

“Super beautiful, well-structured showroom with top advice from the staff on site. From the beginning to the end of the project, you feel well looked after and transparency is also provided throughout. The price/performance ratio is absolutely fair and justified, because both the work and the materials used are of high quality. I would hire and recommend this honest company again at any time. Top!”
Top!

“The Wohlwert company is absolutely to be recommended, for the following reasons: - Good & competent advice - High responsiveness to queries & emergencies - Friendly staff - Flawless and technically clean execution When a water leak occurred at my place, the Wohlwert company was on the spot immediately, issued a quote on the very same day and even made an appointment with me for the repair before the insurance approved it, so that it could be carried out as quickly as possible to avoid further damage to the building structure. Everything worked out wonderfully and I am grateful for being helped so quickly and competently!”
Thank you!!
Danke!!

“We can highly recommend the company wohlwert - from planning to implementation, everything worked perfectly! They took over the entire sanitary pre-installations in our house and disposed of the oil tank. You can work professionally with this company without any hesitation!”
“Excellent service. The guys are pros. In 11 years of maintenance on my VMC, no one had disassembled or cleaned the machine's filter. Excellent maintenance of the Buderus boiler too. They don't overcharge, they only change what is necessary. I am very happy with them”
Excellent service.

“I am very happy with the service I received by the Wohlwert team. Our boiler needed repairing. I rang the team in the morning, the lady I spoke to was very helpful and sympathetic, she was able to kindly book us in for that same morning. This was very much appreciated. The boiler technician arrived promptly and identified the issue. He was able to get our boiler up and running again, and was able to clearly explain to me the repair work he had carried out. I was very happy with the service I received and wouldn't hesitate to call out the team again. I would recommend.”

“We are completely thrilled with the company wohlwert! After having already had our heating and ventilation system installed by them – and being absolutely satisfied back then – the renovation of our bathroom was now due. This project was also implemented with the same care, professionalism and attention to detail. From planning to the final handover, everything went smoothly. The team works reliably, cleanly and extremely competently. We were particularly impressed by the transparent communication and the ability to respond to individual wishes while at the same time providing excellent professional advice. The result is impressive: our bathroom now shines in a modern, high-quality design, exactly as we imagined it – actually even better. We can unreservedly recommend the company wohlwert and thank them for the excellent work. Gladly again at any time!”
Gerne jederzeit wieder!

“The company Wohlwert redesigned my bathroom and created a result for which I regularly receive the highest praise from visitors. The team convinced with exceptional reliability, high professional competence as well as a very careful and prompt way of working. As part of my construction site, several trades were involved, and the heating/sanitary sector was by far the most reliable. Marvin and Mike always thought ahead, recognized challenges early on and implemented practical, well-thought-out solutions. The construction site was left in an impeccable and clean condition every day. Our pellet heating system is also maintained regularly and extremely reliably by the Wohlwert company. In emergencies, the company was always available at short notice. From the offer to the completion, first-class support and execution – unreservedly recommended.”

Mr. Willy C. then turned out to be a very competent consultant at the first appointment, who also immediately understood our needs. The project manager, Mr. Tim M., organized an on-site meeting with all responsible craft businesses before starting work. A very good cooperation could already be established. Professional competence is not always a matter of course today, but here it is 100%. Scheduling and compliance with it was very important to us, and this was a complete success without any quality defects. Whether the installers, tilers, glaziers or painters were on site, they were super friendly, TOP craftsmanship, and implementation of the work was always in consultation with us, as far as this had not already been determined in advance. Every single craftsman left a clean workplace after the end of their shift. After 3 weeks, the old bathroom with tub, tiles and heating was replaced by a walk-in shower, new toilet, new heating installed, newly tiled and painting work completed. Always a pleasure THANK YOU”
Immer wieder gerne DANKE

“The company Wohlwert has been coming to my home for several years for heating maintenance and other small plumbing work. I am always satisfied with the entire process: making contact, scheduling appointments, and the procedure on site. The office staff and the craftsmen are very friendly and competent. Recently, my heating failed completely over the weekend. The craftsman was very helpful and tried to help me over the phone on Sunday and look for solutions. When this didn't work, he came by first thing Monday morning, was able to quickly identify the problem, order the defective part, and everything was resolved promptly. I am very satisfied and can highly recommend the company Wohlwert.”
Thank you so much!! :)
Vielen vielen Dank!! :)

“Long-time customer for various works, and always 100% satisfied! Annual maintenance of the heating system, installation of the new boiler in 2015, all sanitary work during the extension of my house, dismantling and installation of the photovoltaic and solar system. This year, connection work for a water-bearing stove. Even the stove builder was full of praise, everything was perfect and that is really rare. The fitters are competent and friendly, always good communication. With a maintenance contract, quick help is also available on weekends and public holidays. I can only warmly recommend the company!”
“Very friendly and competent advice, construction management and execution of work. A good solution was quickly proposed for every problem, the coordination between the various companies (carpenter, tiler, electrician, painter, glazier) on the construction site worked perfectly, and you can feel that the employees enjoy their job (bathroom renovation in this case). All special requests were implemented exactly as we had imagined. We must also emphasize the efforts of the workers not to spread the construction site dirt in the house: almost every day the access area (covered with fleece) was cleaned without being asked. In short: We are completely satisfied and would hire the company Wohlwert/Schlien again without hesitation.”
Thank you very, very much!
Vielen vielen Dank!

“I had my oil heating replaced with a Weishaupt air-source heat pump by the Schlien company. In addition, the old hot water tank was replaced with a modern one and the solar system was relocated. Now the entire heating technology is located together in one room, a great idea by the Schlien company. From planning to installation, everything went outstandingly well and it even works ;-) . The technicians, the installers, the office staff,... are all very competent, reliable, obliging, friendly, polite, diligent, work quickly and cleanly: in short, you are in the best hands with them. Therefore, I can absolutely and unreservedly recommend the Schlien company!!”
Dear Mr. Weckering, thank you for the great feedback.

“I used the services of the Schlien company for the first time and am extremely satisfied. The order amounted to several thousand euros. Probably because I was a new customer, I had to pay half as a deposit before the work started, which I found unusual but did not regret. Just the day after my inquiry, an employee visited me to prepare the estimate, which I received by email on the very same day. The employees – sometimes two, sometimes one – were always quickly on site, worked very carefully and efficiently, were extremely friendly and answered any questions competently. The installation of the gas pipe was excellently executed. They were also extremely careful when transporting dishes and bulky materials, so that nothing on doors, plaster, or wallpaper was damaged. The agreed working hours were strictly adhered to and the employees were always on time. The invoice followed promptly and, due to the high-quality work, I transferred the money on the same day. I was particularly pleased that the estimate was met exactly and that less was charged when material consumption was lower. There were no hidden costs, such as travel fees. A comparative offer I had obtained was slightly cheaper for the flat-rate maintenance, but would have required a travel fee. For the larger project, the Schlien company was cheaper because they plan the work efficiently and align their estimates accordingly. The work progressed quickly but not rushed and, as already mentioned, only what was actually needed was charged. After the work was completed, our house was still as clean as if it had just been freshly cleaned. During the maintenance of the heating and the heat exchanger, I was particularly pleased with Mr. Drees, who not only worked very conscientiously and thoroughly, but also gave useful energy-saving tips during his work. Thank you very much, Mr. Drees! Please maintain this excellent standard. Best regards”
Vielen Dank, Herr Drees! Bitte behalten Sie diesen hervorragenden Standard bei. Viele Grüße
Thank you for this great detailed feedback.
Danke für dieses tolle ausführliche Feedback.

“Positive: Competent, fast, reliable, friendly staff and owners, fair prices My family has been a customer of Heizung Schlien for many years and has always been very satisfied; the colleagues on the phone in the office are always friendly and take care of all concerns quickly and bindingly. The technicians / fitters work competently, quickly and cleanly. The repairs to our old heating system were always carried out professionally and correctly, even at night and on weekends the emergency service is available and finds a solution. In the meantime, a new heating system has been installed and here too the management was very accommodating and stuck to offer prices that were actually outdated. A complete bathroom renovation has also already been carried out and very well implemented, the coordination with partner companies (glass, tiles, carpenter) ran smoothly. We can highly recommend the business and never had a reason to complain. In addition, Heizung Schlien is involved in local clubs and supports them financially; this is not a matter of course.”
THANK YOU VERY MUCH
BESTEN DANK

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If all companies worked as professionally and cleanly as the company SCHLIEN, one would save oneself a lot of trouble. We had a water softening system of the brand Grünbeck installed at our place. Beforehand, we were sent a clean and clear offer. The 3% application for the VAT refund was immediately offered by the company and sent to the authority. Shortly afterwards, we received the appointment directly. The worker was on time and extremely nice. Connecting the device to our system took almost the entire day, the result was great! Clean work, no botch job, pipes and connections were laid cleanly along the wall. (Photo attached) The following week our heating system failed. The company SCHLIEN immediately sent a worker the next day, who replaced a broken pump and fixed several system errors. Again, the work was clean and professional. The customer service is also very obliging and nice and you can't say anything against the prices either. I can only recommend this company to everyone, whether for the bathroom, heating, sanitary/water or other systems. You will not be disappointed, and you will avoid unnecessary worries and problems.👍👍👍”
Wow. Thank you so very much for this great review.

“I had a new heating system installed by the Schlien company after my old one suddenly broke down. The person responsible for the planning and the guys on site worked so hard so that we could have heating again as quickly as possible, it was amazing. Many women know that as a woman you are not always taken seriously by craftsmen. Not so with the Schlien company! Everyone was very respectful and answered my questions. My request for cellar ventilation was not smiled at and dismissed but will be planned and installed in the coming weeks. Thank you for this respectful treatment!”
Thank you very much 😊😊😊
Besten Dank 😊😊😊

“5 stars for this very professional company. We had to change our vanity unit because ours was outdated and prone to dirt. We simply didn't like it anymore. The company Schlien gave us very good advice on choosing the piece of furniture and paid attention to clean execution down to the smallest detail during installation. The construction schedule was met so that we could move into our new bathroom on time. We are super happy with the final result and would like to thank the company Schlien for their professional and friendly manner.”

“Absolutely first-class from the first contact to completion. The advice was competent, transparent, and very customer-oriented. The work was carried out cleanly, precisely, and with high-quality materials – you can tell that real professionals are at work here. Our new system turned out exactly as we imagined. For us, Wohlwert is clearly the first choice when it comes to quality and reliability in the HVAC sector.”
“The Schlien company renovated two bathrooms with all the trimmings in our apartment, and also renewed the heating installation (new heating pipes / new radiators). From planning to execution to completion, we always dealt with competent, friendly, accommodating professionals. The entire construction site ran like clockwork, everything was done to our complete satisfaction and, in addition, small extra wishes were fulfilled without effort or additional costs. Someone was always available for questions, appointments were kept on time. I can recommend the Schlien company to anyone, great job, great team! Thanks to everyone, especially to the two installers who worked at our place!”

“Great advice, took ALL our wishes for our new bathroom into account during planning (unlike the competition), the craftsmen were on time and worked cleanly, the carpenter made us a custom-made Infinity wall mirror (it is just WOW !), tiles of 1m60 x 3m20 were laid to have as few joints as possible, and a false ceiling with spots was installed. The new bathroom is just awesome !”

“I've used Schlien for boiler maintenance and repair, and always found them to be professional, communicative and accommodating. More than that, they are pro-active and helpful. For example, they called me up to remind me that I need regular boiler maintenance (I had neglected to book and hadn't noticed the lights on the boiler). I booked it, but when they came, I had renovations going on (the renovations went longer than anticipated), so they couldn't do the work. They left, and we rebooked for later, with no problems. I have no way to know if the maintenance work is perfect or not, though it seems reliable and the workers are communicative, but this level of professionalism gives me great confidence.”
👍👍👍 thanks

“I trust Schlien. They did the yearly maintenance at my previous house. When we moved to a new place I called the company who built the heating system in the new house for maintenance, and they didn't notice my heat pump was malfunctioning. I called Schlien who came, found the problem, ordered the parts and repaired it quickly. They are knowledgeable, trustworthy and speak English.”

“For the consultation of a bathroom renovation project good and fast appointments, after that waiting for the estimate, after asking multiple times received nothing more.”
Dear Mr. Thill, Thank you for your feedback. It is not always easy as a craft business at the moment - but that must not be at the expense of our customers. Therefore, thank you for the criticism, which allows us to grow and improve.

“Highly recommended. Our old building bathroom renovation was an absolute bullseye! From the first appointment in the showroom to the handover of the new bathroom, everything went great. The new bathroom is even more beautiful in real life than on the screen. Adherence to schedules, coordination of different companies and constant availability during the construction phase, the cleanliness of the construction site at the end of the working day, the nice fitters with precise and organized processes and the very friendly management; All of this contributed to the fact that shortly after the completion of the bathroom renovation, we also commissioned the installation of a solar thermal system. And here too, looking at the management, it remains to be said: A man (a car -small insider joke-), his word. Thank you for everything.”
Sehr empfehlenswert.
Thank you very much 👍👍
Vielen herzlichen Dank 👍👍

“Schlien Sarl was personally recommended to me and I must say, one of the few companies that even accepted this challenge :) Your order: 2 washbasins with custom-made river stone basins, including fittings. 1 wall cabinet in XXL height (also custom-made) Contact with Mr. Capesius and Mr. Weiland in the shop: Very friendly, very professional and above all attentive. Contact via phone/mail: Sometimes difficult to reach, which however indicates a lot of work. You need a little patience now and then. (Maybe another good salesman could relieve Mr. Capesius a bit ;) ) Contact with the installers: They work cleanly, precisely and try to satisfy the customer in the best possible way. Project: All wishes were addressed and there was a suitable answer to every question. The "custom-made" challenge was masterfully solved. The cooperation with the customer was perfect, trusting and satisfactory. Conclusion: I am very happy with the work done: "A real highlight in our new house" In any case, I can only recommend the company Schlien. Best regards, Thill Nicolas”
Mfg Thill Nicolas

“Excellent service. I am always very happy to see people that love what they do. The whole experience with Mr. Weiland and his team was seamless - I needed to get radiators fixed, old pipes exchanged, some other small fixes in the house. When the crew arrived (on the agreed date and time), they were well informed what needs to be done, managed to answer all my questions (I have many!) and finished within a day as agreed. At the end, Mr. Weiland came to review the work himself. Fully recommend!”

“They are very quick to respond to questions and quick to plan an intervention for repair works. Their quotation had the right level on detail. Their workers knew what they were doing and minimised damages required to perform the works to a minimum. They worked very neatly and tidied after they finished and the repair was well done. The cost estimate was slightly higher than some other companies, however the way they work has made up for that. I recommend them and will definitely use them again if needed.”
Thank you for the detailed feedback!
