Consequently, the entire part now has to be replaced at our expense. No compromise from their side. So, this company did more harm than good.”

“To be avoided, more than a year ago I had a heating breakdown, I called Wagner and then I received a so-called technician, he looked at the boiler, he said that the entire electronic system and the two pumps would have to be changed, I told him to ask for a quote and 20 minutes later I had the quote for 4000 euros and that we should hurry to order the parts, I told him I would think about it, then I called a heating engineer friend and he came to see and he checked and said that the guy was crazy, so my friend ordered the parts and I paid 600 euros, it's not serious, I called the office, the lady told me she would talk about it in the meeting, it's been more than a year, no one called me. Conclusion: a not serious company to avoid.”
