Clément Wampach has also been the president of the Luxembourg Federation of Lift Manufacturers since 2011.

Car lift put into service at the beginning of 2024 and a three-week breakdown following storms because there are no proper protections on the control electronics! Yet an inverter costs almost nothing compared to the price of this car lift. Three weeks to get the spare part needed for the repair and therefore a big problem for parking two cars on public roads! I think this company should absolutely be avoided.

1. Poor client service, including top management of TK Elevator. 5 years contract cancelled unilaterally by the provider without the reason. After long discussion they figured out and agreed that cancellation was wrong. Then they sent a new contract with higher price. The answer to my question to the price increase was rude and aggressive. 2. Organizational mess. The maintenance documents that must be kept in the elevator box, have been taken by the TK Elevator's technician to the office and subsequently lost. On the request to provide documents, TK Elevator director wrote that they will only check archive documents for the extra fee, and no guarantee the documents will be found. 3. Poor maintenance service. The phone in the elevator didn't work, and although it was in each annual control report, it was never fixed, regardless of the reminders.

Elevator that hasn't worked since its installation. The incompetent repairman therefore comes every month and can't find the fault... and refuses to change parts or the lift! In short, incompetent staff for equipment that doesn't work and is new and under warranty!! Don't buy TKE

Defective equipment (lift) since its commissioning. 6 months of breakdowns... every month! So-called on-call or emergency telephone service unreachable even during the day! Staff who do not seem to possess the technical qualifications and sometimes arrive without the necessary troubleshooting equipment! A technician even admitted that we had been installed with poor quality equipment!! Do not buy from TKE!
