“Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the company Thill Romsin et Fille sàrl. It took a very long time until the appointment was finally set. Promised callbacks were not made. Delays to the appointment were not communicated. Some of the staff only speak French, which makes dealing with customer service difficult. The work performed was okay, but the invoice for the work done was enormously high. I will not hire this company again.”

“A client for a few years, I've always been very happy. Unfortunately, the last technician was not good at all. 1st visit: hood poorly closed, boiler burner exposed. 2nd visit: he tinkered around and came back telling me there was a mistake and he would keep me informed. Of course, no news ever. Well, I told myself it's not a big deal, one bad technician doesn't make a bad company. The problem is that they re-billed us for the second intervention, which we had already paid for. And now my boiler is broken down with lots of unperformed maintenance codes. So they won't see me again.”
