“Formerly efficient company: The service is unfortunately not so great anymore these days. I had a heating breakdown in winter. A very cold apartment and no more hot water. Cat and mouse game with an overwhelmed technician who had to come three times because the heating kept failing. It happened that I had to call several times a day because my request apparently had no priority. After the third repair, which again failed, I exasperatedly turned to another company. Of course, I still received a hefty bill a few weeks later without an apology or any other explanation.”

“I scheduled an appointment mid-September. I waited for the intervention date at the end of September. No one came and finally, after a call, they confirmed that they hadn't noted the appointment. Now I have to wait again - THANKS - but I'll do it with another company.”
