The secretariat takes care of all requests and authorizations, something that is not always easy and that many other companies do not do. Regarding the execution, the staff is very respectful and attentive. The site is cleaned before each departure. During the installation, there was a major electrical problem that did not come from them and because of which the panels did not work, they spent a lot of time to find where this problem came from and resolved it, even though it came from my electrical installation. I recommend this company with my eyes closed.”

Le secrétariat s'occupe de tout ce qui est demande et autorisations, chose qui n'est pas toujours facile et que beaucoup d'autres sociétés ne font pas. En ce qui concerne la réalisation, le personnel est très respectueux, et à l'écoute. Le chantier est nettoyé avant chaque départ. Lors de l'installation, il y a eu un gros souci électrique qui ne venait pas d'eux et dont les panneaux ne fonctionnaient pas, ils ont passés énormement de temps pour trouver d'ou venait ce problème et réglé celui-ci, alors que cela venait de mon installation de mon installation électique. Je recommande les yeux fermes cette société.

Parmis ces prestataires, faisait partie la société Team Tech... Pour ne pas être long : => calibrage adapté à nos besoins et aux possibilités de la toiture par drône pour remettre une offre réaliste => offre de prix, rapport qualité prix, je dirai imbattable... nous sommes passés de 32K à 20K (Team Tech) et avec du matériel haut de gamme (N° 2 mondial et des panneaux 480 W) !!!. => au point de vue administratif, Madame Foucault vous prépare tout, et ce, dans les règles de l'art => l'équipe, sympa, qui a posé les panneaux travaille vite et bien => l'équipe qui s'est chargé d'activer le système... des professionnels Team Tech, en gros : sérieux, honnêtes, professionels, maîtrisant plusieurs corps de métier, avec un vrai esprit d'entreprise se souciant du travail bien fait et cherchant la satisfaction du Client PVS

“Company to avoid at all costs!! The battery was forgotten during installation and was only installed and configured after 6 months! After my complaint. It was initially set to "fully redirected to the grid" instead of "automatic charge/discharge". In addition, the address of the power plant was incorrect - and even the "correction" provided was still wrong. Entreprise à éviter absolument!! La batterie a été oubliée lors de l'installation et n'a été installée et configurée après 6 mois! Après ma réclamation. Elle était d'abord réglée sur « entièrement redirigé vers le réseau » au lieu de « charge/décharge automatique ». De plus, l'adresse de la centrale était erronée - et même la « correction » fournie était encore fausse. L'entreprise m'a ensuite envoyé une explication technique incohérente, avec une formule de calcul qui ne tient pas debout. Pire encore : on m'a fait croire qu'une batterie ne pouvait pas être installée sans Internet, ce qui est totalement faux. Communication difficile, service peu professionnel et manque de sérieux dans le suivi. Je déconseille vivement. Mise à jour suite à la réponse de l'entreprise : Plusieurs éléments de leur réponse sont inexacts. En tant que copropriétaire ayant participé au vote, je suis directement concerné par la prestation. La publication de mon nom complet dans leur réponse publique, alors que mon avis était sous pseudonyme, constitue par ailleurs une divulgation non consentie de données personnelles. Enfin, plusieurs professionnels indépendants confirment qu'une batterie peut fonctionner sans dépendre d'une connexion internet et que son absence pendant plusieurs mois impacte l'autoconsommation. First contact in spring and installation in August, so super fast compared to other offers that proposed an installation in 2025. On-site teams fast and clean. Rates (compared on 4 quotes, 46 panels, 20.4 Kwh, battery) in line with market reality. If I had to do it again, I wouldn't hesitate. Well done”
Super pro. Tout c'est passé comme désiré. Super contact avec toute l'équipe. Les adaptations demandées ont été faites sans accros. Premier contact au printemps et installation en août, donc super rapide par rapport à d'autres offres qui proposaient une installation en 2025. Equipes sur place rapides et propres. Tarifs (comparés sur 4 devis, 46 panneaux, 20,4 Kwh, batterie) dans la réalité du marché. Si c'était à refaire, je n'hésiterais pas. Bravo

The installation of the panels was carried out cleanly and in a timely manner. The only small negative point was the execution of the electrical work. The quality could still be improved.”
Une entreprise très bonne et professionnelle. Tout s'est très bien passé. Depuis le devis jusqu'à l'installation et la réception. Les personnes de contact étaient : Madame Coralie Foucault qui a organisé et géré toutes les activités administratives autour de la commande jusqu'à la perfection et Monsieur Guillaume Mabilat qui était l'interlocuteur technique. L'installation des panneaux a été réalisée proprement et en temps voulu. Le seul petit point négatif était la réalisation des travaux électriques. La qualité pourrait encore être améliorée.

The photovoltaic panels work perfectly, even in cloudy weather when they provide the energy needed to run standby appliances. Energy production can be monitored in real time, thanks to the app on my smartphone. Je suis totalement satisfait de la prestation effectuée par l’entreprise TeamTech. La pose a été correctement effectuée. Les panneaux photovoltaïques fonctionnent parfaitement, même par temps couvert où ils permettent de fournir l’énergie nécessaire au fonctionnement des appareils en veille. La production d’énergie peut être suivie en temps réel, grâce à l’application sur mon smartphone. Les panneaux ayant été posés fin septembre 2023, je suis impatient de voir ce que cela va donner les beaux jours, je recommande l’entreprise TeamTech pour sa ponctualité, des techniciens sérieux et compétents (et sympathiques). Merci à toute l’équipe ainsi qu’au secrétariat qui a été très réactif lors de ma demande de documents.
