“I will never forget how TeamSCHRAMM saved our home and comfort. In the winter of 2018 to 2019, while it was freezingly cold outside, our heating system broke down due to lack of maintenance and old age. It was bonechillingly cold in our house and I was sick. We contacted several companies but TeamSCHRAMM was the only one to reply. THE DAY AFTER our initial phone call they installed a placeholder heater, so at least we would stay warm. Then they made us a fair offer for the installation of a new heating system and the works began first thing in the next morning. They also relocated the fuel tanks to a more convenient and regulatory conform location. This alone makes them LEGENDARY in our view. Yes it's a very personal anecdotal experience but it was a professional and courteous relationship through and through. Annually, we get a call to schedule a maintenance visit and the workers are always bang on time, clean and respectful. I can wholeheartedly recommend this company.”

Mr Vriesde still has the 3-way valve Schramm installed and showed it to me. See the uploaded picture. Schramm says that the claims are unfounded, which is crazy. Their fault is totally clear. They have lost in court, and then appeal the decision. Think twice before you become their customer.”
