“If you want to have a dispute with your neighbors, then choose this company. After nothing happened for days before (despite good weather), the company sends a worker on Saturday who starts digging with an excavator at a legally impermissible time (namely from 6:45 AM). The excavator itself states that it generates 95 dB of noise during operation, and it created an unbearable racket that woke all the neighbors with a jolt from their well-deserved Saturday sleep, after a week of hard work. This work could have been done later, as it was finished by 9 AM and the worker then left the site.”
