AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST If you have any issues with the roof of your house / apartment. I don't even know where to begin, but I'm gonna share my experience with this company. They send you a team that doesn't even bother to find the issue with your roof, and it seems like every time, they just make a different problem up and that they fixed it now. After "putting" a little bit of silicone here and there, they'll send you very expensive bills for solving literally nothing at all, and your roof issue persists and maybe gets worse. Another thing is that I never had to pay for their "travel expenses" because I live very close by. Then the last bill I got I had to pay for them too. That's robbery, in my opinion. Having had enough, I went on the roof myself to check what was wrong. I found more than they ever did. So I called them again. Ok, they came for free a few days after my discovery, but I won't give them any credits for that. After they went on the roof, they explained to me what they thought the issue was. Honestly, it didn't make any sense at all. It was so illogical that I didn't even know if I should laugh or cry. It was just such an illogical explanation if you consider the amount of water that came into my apartment. Guess what happened next... I got a super expensive price offer, which, of course, I did NOT sign because I'm not only 100% convinced but I'm also 100% sure that the work they had planned would NOT have solved the problem in any way. I hope this helps you choose the roofer company which suits your issues best.
