During troubleshooting, the refrigeration technician quickly identified and fixed the problem. Clean appearance, clean work. And most importantly, the refrigeration technician also takes the time to answer questions understandably. All in all, a very good company, which is hard to find these days. If there were 10 stars for a rating, I would want to give them. Many thanks again for the work done so far 👍”

“Reis Neumann did the sanitary installations in my house right before I bought it. We noticed almost immediately a distinctive smell in the bathroom. They came back a couple of times but didn't figure out what the problem was and did not offer a solution. A year later we found out that there was a water leak that has caused mold to spread behind the wall tiles and the plasterboard. A few months later, we asked them for two quotes for renovation works. They were always more expensive than other companies so we didn't choose them. When I asked for a third quote, their owner sent me an extremely rude and unprofessional response. Conclusion - inconsistent quality, high cost and temperamental management. I'd personally not recommend them. Edit: they responded that I cancelled an order a day before the works and that they had ordered materials. First, I never confirmed or signed an agreement. Second, if I had known they ordered materials I would have paid them for the materials or even the whole project. Instead of complaining 5 months later, next time communicate properly.”
