Unter 3 Kostenvoranschlägen verschiedener Betriebe die wir uns zum Thema Bad/Grundsanierung herausgesucht hatten, zwecks Vergleich der Angebote/Leistungen (jeweils Besuche showroom, Termin vorort zur genauen Vermessung/Erstberatung, Kostenvoranschlag); haben wir uns schlussendlich für unser Projekt für die Firma Nico Langen aus Grevenmacher entschieden. „Der erste Eindruck zählt“..sagt man und so sollte es auch über die gesamte Länge des Projektes bleiben. Es wurde nicht „wild versprochen“ - es wurde sachlich und kompetent, fair und sehr bodenständig und immer sehr ehrlich kommuniziert - auch über den Preis. Das war auch über die gesamten Beratungsetappen bei der konkreten Planung immer der Fall. Rechtzeitig vor Baubeginn wurde uns der exakte Bauzeitenplan mitgeteilt - welcher akribischst eingehalten wurde (gibt‘s sowas noch wie Verlass? Ja hier!) Die Handwerker haben uns ausnahmslos - alle ! überzeugt. Unser Bad ist exakt nach Bauzeitenplan ein echtes Traumbad geworden - wir würden uns zu jeder Zeit wieder an die Firma Nico Langen wenden und können diesen Betrieb mit sehr gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen. Ach ja … und die Sache mit dem Preis: selbstverständlich war auch hier „ein Wort ein Wort“. Hat noch jemand Zweifel? Danke Firma Nico Langen für eure tolle Arbeit WIR sind begeistert 👍 Nico & Carole

Saubere schnelle gute arbeit

After installation a new water-boiler tank the masters didn't clean-up dust and rust which got stuck in the tap's pipes as a consequence of this works. They ended-up with proposing me a new appointment for this job 5 days later after the basic works, so I had to perform these pipes cleaning by myself. Also they didn't properly tested the "summer" mode of the heating system. It appears that hot water can still circulate through the heating pipes even I want to heat just the hot water. In addition it appeared that there is something wrong with one of the thermo-resisters in my old heater (not the company's fault, I want to believe). However this was discovered only one month after the installation has been performed. This problem caused the overheating of the system for several times. Instead of properly testing the system, they have performed an unnecessary replacement of the thermo-couple in my heater (it didn't help apparently, because the problem was not in this part). Though my heater is very old, what I would expect as a proper behaviour of the company is: 1) make a quick inspection of the heater before making an accord for installation a new water boiler. It is really quick and important job which could save me a lot of money (they could honestly say to me that they can install the new water boiler, but it will work improperly due to the problem with the heater); 2) make a quick inspection of how the current system work and notify me that a special additional device is needed to prevent how water circulation through the heating pipes during the summer period; 3) anticipate that new watering hardware often causes dust or rust stuck in the pipes, so either clean them the same day after installation, or prevent this happening. By doing all these things, even if I would have agreed to install the new water boiler (which I doubt I would do in case of a proper inspection), this would prevent me of calling them twice more and paying over a hundred euros for each visit including price for unnecessary detail replacement.

Langen KG Trier hat schon zweimal versucht, bei meiner Heizung etwas einzubauen, was überflüssig war. Aber teuer. Sie entschuldigen sich nicht, können sich in Briefen nicht ausdrücken, sind ungehobelt. Es geht nur darum, schnell viel Geld zu machen, der Kunde zahlt`s ja. Nie wieder.
