Who we are?

With more than 25 years of presence on the Belgian and Luxembourg markets, QUALICONSTRUCT S.A is specialized in the fields of Construction, Renovation, Completions in public and private building sites.

After many successes and the satisfaction of project owners linked to renovation missions, the Construction activity was born. Followed by the creation of a division specialized in the field of creation and realization, both for totally private projects and public centers, the Wellness division.

The high-end techniques used, combined with proven techniques and processes, enable us to work, both in the Benelux and in European countries, on renovation projects related, for example, to the Walloon Region, on listed buildings, or on historic monuments in Romania (monasteries, churches, etc.) or in Luxembourg, France.

Our Wellness division has, for example, created dozens of pools (kit, concrete), not to mention the multitude of spas, saunas, hammams, hydrotherapy baths, and other equipment designed and installed as part of the concept missions we were given.

All this can only be achieved thanks to the various partnerships that QUALICONSTRUCT S.A. has been able to for several decades, with the biggest European names in the various fields mentioned and which are known and recognised for their high level of quality.
Without forgetting a total control of the specific techniques which allow us to offer an operational and available maintenance service on all our services.

We are also pleased to announce the birth of QUALICONSTRUCT Morocco within QUALICONSTRUCT Group. This new entity has for mission to cover the numerous markets that we are winning in our fields of activities. This new Group company covers the Africa and M.O regions!
