“Absolutely terrible! Impossible way of dealing with people. When you enter the shop with a simple question and leave it with a lesson in frustration management - but not your own. What you shouldn't do as a shop owner: take out your own stress, cynicism, and the apparently pent-up bitterness of an aging man on customers. Especially when you explain that you're going to retire soon because you can no longer stand "stupid questions". Well, then the well-deserved retirement should please follow soon: and hopefully a better life without "stupid customers", Happy New Year!”

“We stood there at 10:30 AM and no one was there, even though I had clarified by email when we could come and was told 10 AM! With a small child, it's not exactly kind to leave someone standing at the door! Not recommendable!”
