“I recommend 100%. We had three different companies come for our boiler and none of them found the problem. As soon as the Percy Rauchs repairman came to our house, he immediately identified the error. He explained everything clearly to us and even left us a phone number in case the problem reoccurred. A true professional, serious and efficient!!”

“Percy-Rauchs replaced an old gas heating with a heat pump in our house built in the early 1990ties. Our first appointment at our place was with Mr Percy-Rauchs himself and we felt well and competently advised. Not every emailing/calling after that was very responsive, but the installation of the heat pump itself went very smoothly and the employees were very professional and friendly. Overall it was a very positive experience and we can absolutely recommend this company over many others. (Before the installation of the heat pump, Percy-Rauchs also repaired our gas heating once, which also was a very positive experience.)”

“Highly recommended! After months of searching for a company capable of repairing my boiler, I finally contacted Chauffage-Sanitaire Percy Rauchs SARL. I must say that their responsiveness and professionalism deeply impressed me. They were the only ones available to come and help me the same day! The technician was competent, friendly, and resolved the problem efficiently. I am extremely satisfied with their service and highly recommend Chauffage-Sanitaire Percy Rauchs SARL to anyone needing quick and efficient intervention. A big thank you to the entire team for their exceptional help!”
