“The work carried out was of very good quality. However, the customer service is not to be recommended: you constantly have to follow up to get a quote or schedule an appointment. I had to ask several times for information about the work, duration, and other details. The worker on site did an excellent job, but the management and constant follow-ups made the experience very stressful.”

“Did not show up for the scheduled appointment and did not even deign to call to warn/apologize. Not serious. (15/10/2024) UPDATE 16/10/2024: a technician has just contacted me to apologize and indicate that he would be ready to come on Saturday if needed. I am provisionally adding a star”

“60% of the work was done, and they never came back after the deposits were paid, with only a small balance left to pay on the invoice... They left materials outside, which deteriorated over months. Had multiple frustrating conversations with an unfriendly and unhelpful secretary, and it was nearly impossible to reach the manager. Absolutely avoid! They create and buy companies, then close them to keep operating under different names—Your Home Concept, Your HomeConcept Façades, Yves Braun Peintures... In the end, the money goes to the same people, but they manage it so that the client always loses out.”
Your Home Concept, Your HomeConcept Façades, Yves Braun Peintures... ___ 60% of the work was done, and they never came back after the deposits were paid, with only a small balance left to pay on the invoice...
