“The workers are great, but the management is terrible so that it’s hard for them to do their jobs properly for the customer. It wasn’t like that before the owner changed. Now they charge extra for even the smallest change, and when problems arise, instead of constructively looking for a solution, they say it’s not possible or refer you to another business to find a solution. It’s a shame.”

“No clean work. The fleece is full of air bubbles, I had a lot to complain about. The new boss wanted to fix the defects, but never got back to me. I also wanted a quote for 2 more rooms, which was never made. The new boss knows that he cannot deliver high-quality work with his workers.”
Keine saubere Arbeit. Vlies ist voll Luftblasen, hatte eine Menge zu beanstanden. Der neue Chef wollte zwar die Mängel beheben, hat sich aber nicht mehr gemeldet. Ich wollte auch einen Kostenvoranschlag für 2 weitere Räume, der wurde nie gemacht. Der neue Chef weiss, dass er mit seinen Arbeitern keine hochwertige Arbeit liefern kann.
Madam, Following the takeover of the company, I personally contacted you in order to understand your dissatisfaction and to consider a solution. During this exchange, it appeared that the work had been carried out at your request under conditions that did not allow compliance with the technical drying times usually required between the different stages of preparation, installation and painting. This constraint may have influenced the final result. I regret that you are not satisfied, but I cannot accept the conclusion that our company is not capable of providing quality work. I also take advantage of this response to apologize for its late publication. Since the takeover of the company, we have experienced strong growth and a particularly sustained volume of activity, a direct consequence of the trust placed in us by our customers and the high standards we place on the quality of our services. Madame, Suite à la reprise de l'entreprise, je vous ai personnellement contactée afin de comprendre votre insatisfaction et d'envisager une solution. Lors de cet échange, il est apparu que les travaux avaient été réalisés à votre demande dans des conditions ne permettant pas le respect des délais techniques de séchage habituellement requis entre les différentes étapes de préparation, de pose et de peinture. Cette contrainte a pu influencer le résultat final. Je regrette que vous ne soyez pas satisfaite, mais je ne peux pas accepter la conclusion selon laquelle notre entreprise ne serait pas capable de fournir un travail de qualité. Je profite également de cette réponse pour m'excuser de sa publication tardive. Depuis la reprise de l'entreprise, nous connaissons une forte croissance et un volume d'activité particulièrement soutenu, conséquence directe de la confiance que nous accordent nos clients et de l'exigence que nous mettons dans la qualité de nos prestations. “For our kitchen, everything was freshly wallpapered with Skandatex in 2022, and door frames, moldings, radiator elements, and the niche were painted. After 1 year, the paint is already peeling due to air bubbles. If the surfaces had been roughened and washed with St. Mark; nobody would be talking about it today. Photos of this shoddy work are attached. Completely advise against since the management changed. 1 painter finished in 2 days... so please; master craftsmanship is left by the wayside!!!”
Für unsere Küche wurde 2022 alles neu mit Skandatex frisch tapeziert,wie auch Türrahmen , Leisten und Heizkörperelemente und Nische angestrichen. Nach 1 Jahr blättert die Farbe schon durch entstandenen Luftblasen ab. Wären die Flächen angeraut gewesen und mit St. Mark abgewaschen gewesen; würde heute keiner davon reden.Fotos von dieser Drecksarbeit liegen bei. Komplett ab zu raten seit die Geschäftsführung geweckselt hat. 1Maler in 2 Tagen fertig. ..also bitte; da bleibt Meisterarbeit auf der Strecke!!!
