“Extremely picky customer – yet absolutely blown away by the service. I can wholeheartedly recommend Optique Moitzheim to anyone. As a relatively new glasses wearer, I’m very particular about how my frames fit. After receiving great advice at the Belair branch, I chose a pair of glasses that I really liked aesthetically. However, over the weekend, the arms started causing me pain. After several adjustments, I was on edge and had almost resigned myself to the idea that glasses are just always uncomfortable. The branch manager did everything he could to improve the fit, but the issue came down to the thickness and shape of the arms. They were slightly angular and pressed painfully against my ear. He referred me to the Uptown branch (Moitzheim Ville-Haute), which had a wider selection. There again, I was warmly welcomed, and after explaining the problem, the nice Lady brought me a nearly identical frame with arms that were rounded and about 1 mm slimmer. They were even able to have my lenses from the previous pair cut and fitted in-house, so I could pick up my new glasses within an hour. It’s incredible how much of a difference 1 mm can make! The new glasses fit so well I can’t even feel them, like night and day compared to before. They actually look better than the first pair too, and according to my colleagues, they suit me far more. I can’t praise the team enough for their professionalism and service. I’m finally able to see pain-free, and honestly, if I’d had to deal with a customer like me, I might’ve lost my mind. 🙈 Thank you very much!!!”

“Friendly, knowledgeable and fast to deliver. Most important, very honest technical advice instead of trying to make you buy the most expensive products. My everyday frame with multifocal lenses broke in half on the nose bridge. Since the lenses were just fine, I went to (and called) some stores trying to find a replacement. Only a few gave me a quote for a new complete frame at full price with a long wait for delivery. Optique Moitzheim solved my problem for half the full price, next day delivery. They of course only ordered the part that needed to be replaced. They really know their business.”
