“Good quality, but by no means justifies the prices. We discussed with a salesperson for a long time, selecting the composition of the door together with him so as not to exceed our budget. We opted for a glued door (not a solid oak door); simply a rustic wood look for the door was important to us. In his offer, there was suddenly an oak door without a frame for €6615 instead of the agreed approximately €3500 with a door frame. Reckinger apparently works precisely and professionally (by "precise and professional" I mean the agreement, not the practical carpentry work). Disappointed in every respect… Due to their response, I have to take the time to clarify some facts. I understand "professional" differently. 1) If I make an appointment, I don't leave my customers sitting in the middle of a conversation to serve another customer (very annoying for me). 2) If, as a customer, I communicate a budget from the beginning, and then the salesperson assures me that it will be sufficient, but then the offer suddenly shows double the amount, this is not professional, but a waste of my time. (By the way, the offer doubled not only for the door but also for the kitchen glass panel.) 3) Yes, they tried to call me once, I honestly didn't feel like communicating with them because you asked me to delete my review because it supposedly wasn't true. I find this quite cheeky, as I often read reviews to learn about a business, be it positive or negative; opinions and even bad experiences are part of freedom of speech.”
