“The work that was done was absolutely impeccable! My wife told me that the staff was extremely professional, friendly, and respectful. Everything was perfectly organized and the entire collaboration was excellent from start to finish. I recommend this company without hesitation!”

“Really happy with our doors and custom wardrobes from Letsch. They were helpful with the planning process. The installation of the wardrobes was fast. Easy to get on the phone with them and schedule anything or ask questions. I attached some before and after pictures. They did our pocket door (sliding door) which was just so-so. I feel the rolling system could be a better and things could have been cleaned up/polished better on the visible metal frame part of the door system.”

“A mixed experience with this carpentry company. The ordering process leaves something to be desired, and the installation of the doors revealed gluing problems (visible glue stains on the doors). Fortunately, the after-sales service proved to be very professional and was able to rectify the errors diligently.”

“A good company. We bought our doors, built-in wardrobe and shower from this company. The staff is very friendly and professional. Thank you.”

“Long wait for all requests, catastrophic service and non-existent after-sales service. We have been waiting for a year for a response to our complaints.”
