“Very disappointed with this company. I used their services for tree planting, which cost me nearly €3000. Less than a year later, the majority of the trees are dead. I sent an email with photos to report the problem, but received no response, no acknowledgment of my complaint. I understand that nature can be unpredictable, but at that price, I expected at least follow-up, advice, or a commercial gesture. The total absence of after-sales service is unacceptable. I do not recommend this company, especially if you expect professional service and a minimum of consideration after the sale.”

“We called upon this company to landscape a small garden in front of our apartment. Mr. Rech advised us to plant yews (taxus), which are a good choice for creating a hedge and require little maintenance, apart from regular watering during the first year, especially during hot periods. In short, we followed his advice and were delighted with the result. We followed all his recommendations for maintenance. Barely a few months later, we noticed that one of the shrubs started to turn brown. Mr. Rech assured us that this was completely normal. Today, almost all the trees are dead. I sent several photos by email, if only to get an explanation. No response, radio silence. I now have no choice but to call another company to redo everything from scratch.”
