“To start with, I was very happy with their service. The contractor I was in contact with sir Gladkov was quite flexible and answered all of my questions. However, when I asked him to come measure the ceilinh height he made a mistake and took the wrong measures. I kindly and diplomatically asked him to take responsibility for his mistake which he firstly admitted and apologised and wanted to pay for the extra cost I had to spend to fix the issue since the material had already been bought. The next day he decided it was not his fault anymore and refused to take responsibility for his mistake he althought admitted the day before. Hence I give them only 2 stars because mistakes happen but if someone doesn‘z wat to take responsibilty for it it‘s done to me.”
