I totally recommend them! The sink drain in the kitchen was completely blocked. Rui, who came over, managed to solve the problem immediately. I also greatly appreciated his polite and kind attitude (he left everything clean behind).

They made the whole renovation of my house from scratch. I had many small issues for years. I signed a (rather expensive) maintenance contract, in which they agreed to carry out any necessary repairs, with free labour and only charging for replacement parts. When the solar panels needed repairing, they kept putting me off until they finally refused to do it. A month after refusing, they offered to do the repair (I suppose to cover their backs in case of possible formal complaints). In the meanwhile, the repair had already been done by another company.

Terrible, a disaster, useless. They are trying to fix the heating and the boiler of the building for days and months every now and then. Fixed few hours, collapsing right afterwards. Installing replacement parts to equipment, collapsing few hours afterwards. We have no water and no heating for days every now and then since years. So many years without even having learnt how to fix 1 thing. Nul.

My water boiler broke and I called them so that they can give me quotation for replacing my boiler. They told me that technicien will have to pass by to check, which is fine. the technician comes and tells me that water boiler is broken, which I already knew. They didn’t give me any quotation to fix the boiler, but instead sent me an invoice for 154 euros without any information about it. Seems unprofessional like behaviour. I do not recommend.

Just had the bathroom completely redone by Grethen. Excellent work, great service, good quality finish and all delivered on time. Super support and attention to detail from Michael Philippi. Highly recommend this company. Thanks to all at Grethen.
