“During our holiday, we were faced with a broken air hose on the car engine. Called several garages, but here they were understanding and immediately made time to help me. Good explanation of the problem, the next day when the part arrived they called me immediately so I could come for the repair, and within an hour it was repaired and the holiday could continue in peace! I would definitely recommend this company. Even got coffee while waiting.”
Tijdens vakantie geconfronteerd met kapotte luchtslang van de auto motor diverse garages gebeld, maar hier hadden ze begrip en direct tijd (gemaakt) om mij verder te helpen. Goede uitleg over het probleem, volgende dag toen onderdeel binnen was direct gebeld dat ik kon komen voor de reparatie en binnen een uur was het weer gerepareerd en kon de vakantie in alle rust verder gaan! Ik zou de bedrijf zeer zeker aanbevelen. Kreeg zelfs koffie tijdens het wachten.

However, due to a lack of communication, several things already went wrong with that. It can happen. Afterwards, I went to the workshop with 4 different cars: every single time it was a catastrophe again: for 2 of them, it was even safety-relevant! Of course, I complained in writing, even by registered letter, but nobody cared! Conclusion... no idea where the positive reviews come from, but I have never experienced such a lamentable garage in 40 years as a Renault customer. Too bad that Garage Gelz in Steinfort no longer exists...”

Test drives are invoiced after an inspection and customer complaint, but none were done. Speedometer photographed before/after! No liability is accepted for damage in their custody. One star is still 5 too many....”
Überteuerter Saftladen, Null Ahnung von der Materie oder Kundenservice. Zu allem fähig und für nix zu gebrauchen. Astronomische Preise.Kostenvoranschläge ergeben keinen Sinn und werden dann noch weiter erhöht. Testfahrten werden in Rechnung gestellt nach einer Inspektion und Kunden Reklamation, aber keine gemacht. Tacho vorher/nachher fotografiert! Auf Beschädigungen in ihrer Obhut wird keine Haftung übernommen. Ein Stern sind noch 5 zuviel....

Nous avons contacté ce garage suite à une annonce sur autolux après plusieurs semaines de recherche du véhicule tant désiré en France. Passons sur l'absence d'investissement des commerciaux français (dans 5 garages tout de même) ...Nous sommes tombés sur une perle.
