“Terrible service. Total lack of communication. Nobody answers emails at this company. Or takes responsibility for work done wrong endangering customers’ life. I’m the owner of a Kia Niro that we bought roughly 4 years ago. When I took the car to the first Technik Control and to our great surprise the car didn’t pass the control and it wasn’t a small thing: it’s a major problem because Garage Kremer mounted my wheels incorrectly when I bought it 4 years ago we paid 444,44+ taxes for the all-seasons Goodyear tires. Wrongly mounted putting in peril our life. If only we had checked and reviewed the car… we would have found? Well again no because we have had 3 yearly revisions with Kremer Garage and they weren’t very thorough, nobody checked their own wrong work was wrongly finished. They costed 228€ in 2022, 409,57€ in 2023, 321,21€ in 2024. 37€ SECOND INSPECTION Hours of waiting for them and paying for what? Each time the air in the tires was checked. So far you haven’t taken any responsibility for the costs and you haven’t answered our emails. AVOID AT ALL COSTS THIS PLACE.”

“Superb Service/Garage Department!! I turned up with my Subaru on a Friday without notice, I had just received my car from the USA and something didn't look quite right with the back wheels, so I wanted to have it checked before taking it to the regulatory inspection to register the car in Luxembourg. Without hesitation they received me (Jean-Marie), and despite me not having an appointment, one of their technicians (Carlo) took the car for a drive, lifted the car and discovered they had damaged my rear transmission during transportation from the USA. The damage was obvious when he lifted the car, I was already regretting my decision to move the car when I saw how some parts were bent from the pressure when strapping it down (at an angle!). Then, voila! They said they could fix the car, and all within 2 days (because they had to order the parts)!. They suggested me to leave the car as it was not safe to drive, and on Tuesday called back with the car ready for pick up. Given all the challenges (foreign car, no appointment, not local parts, time pressure to get the car ready for inspection), they were always wanting to help and keeping me fully informed. They gave me a quote on Friday of the 'max' they would charge and it came slightly under. I'm super happy with their service, not regretting at all bringing my car from the US. They have gained a customer for as long as I live in Luxembourg, I'll for sure take my car there for all its future service checks!”
