Honesty is the foundation of good cooperation — unfortunately, I did not experience that at this car dealership. If you’re buying a used car and the seller makes any declarations, I recommend verifying them yourself, even if it’s an Authorized Mazda Service I was misled in a terrible way. Fortunately, I purchased additional insurance, which minimizes my costs, but I still lost a lot of time frequently visiting the service center after buying the car. The consequences of this purchase continue to cause me problems to this day.

When it comes to selling the staff is super friendly and very welcoming. But as soon as they get their money they start doing buls**t and won’t admit their mistake even after explaining they put my life at risk for not doing their job properly. Staff is rude, unprofessional and won’t let me finish my sentence, interrupting me every three seconds and won’t listen to what I have to say. Definitely don’t recommend this shop when it comes to repairing and fixing a brand new car bought at their same shop (imagine cars purchased at another shop)
