“**Very bad experience – visible defects and disappointing handling of complaints**
Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this tiler.
After our house fire about six years ago, we had asked him for an estimate. In a later context, he told us that he had already thought back then that there would be problems with us.
We complained about several points regarding the work carried out. The photos show, among other things, visible unevenness in the floor tiles and clear height differences between individual tiles. Damaged or chipped areas and irregularities are also visible on the mosaic tiles.
According to the tiler, however, everything is within tolerance and very well crafted. He explained the chipped mosaic pieces by saying that it was natural stone and that this was completely normal.
Particularly disappointing for us was the way our criticism was handled: instead of clarifying the disputed points objectively, we were threatened with a lawyer and legal proceedings in the event of a bad Google review. Due to the escalation, he had to be asked to leave the house.
We are describing our personal experience here and the defects we identified and documented photographically. Due to the execution and the handling of our complaint, we would not hire this business again and cannot recommend them.”
