We have been waiting for the installation almost a year, with a downpayment of 30%. Thus, we were a bit sceptic at the beginning, but it was worth waiting. The panels installation was very quick and efficient. All done within a day including installation and deinstallation of scaffolding! We had to wait a bit for pulling the cables through the roof, as we have a passive house which needs a thorough sealing. Installation inside was as well efficient. We were very happy with our installator – Luc, who fixed the whole equipment very neatly, thinking even about fitting back of the cabinets. He did it even without asking. We were really impressed. He pulled all the cables through the existing tunnel, so that we do not see any cables outside and inside. All well-hidden and covered. Day after when we were struggling with installation of an app, he helped us quickly via what’s up. He did the same once the app could not communicate with a batter after a blackout. Let’s hope that the company will maintain the level of the excellent service.

In October '23, I requested a quote for a PV system and sent all the data requested by Kyll. The quote was supposed to take 3 months. After 4 months, I asked for an update. They said they were working on it. Now, another 4 weeks later, on 26.03.24, I inquired again and was told they couldn't provide a quote because they don't have mounting brackets for a standing seam roof. Photos of it have been available since October.
