“We gave them work to do at our place twice and I admit that the work was of good quality. However, both times they made us wait more than 9 months after the quote, even though we paid the deposit directly... you really shouldn't be in a hurry. They constantly promised us deadlines that were never met, and in the end, we didn't even get a commercial gesture from them for the delay (the second time, even though the installation only lasted one day). Unfortunately, there won't be a next time due to a lack of reliability. It's a shame because the quality is good. Edit: According to Mr. Dominici's response, we received a discount for the second job. Yes: €50 for a €5000 invoice... lack of staff is one thing. Asking for a deposit 6 months in advance without informing people of the probable delay and giving them deadlines that are not met is another...
