Specialized in the sale and installation of tiles and natural stone

Design Carrelages is the largest provider of sales and installation services for tiles, natural stone and screeds in Luxembourg. Our versatile range of services and our strong expertise make us an ideal partner for the realization of your wall and floor tiling projects.

Design Carrelages offers a wide range of tiles, available in different sizes, colors and thicknesses, to satisfy the most discerning tastes. Our tiles are suitable for indoor and outdoor spaces, bathrooms, kitchens, stairs, living rooms, balconies, terraces, swimming pools, gardens, etc.

We take care of the screed work in order to prepare the floor for the installation of tiles, and to allow a strong waterproofing and insulation to your property. Let yourself be seduced by different types of tiles: natural stone tiles worked like marble, granite, slate, etc. terracotta tiles that are purely natural and contain no chemical components, and stoneware tiles (glazed, glazed porcelain and full body porcelain).

We offer you a highly creative range of tiles, which includes tiles in different colors, plain colors or different patterns, such as imitation parquet tiles, imitation concrete tiles, graffiti tiles or others.

It is important to know that Design Carrelages is careful to offer you tiles that are resistant to traffic, slipping and scratching, but this does not prevent you from taking good care of any type of floor and wall covering, using suitable maintenance and cleaning products, in order to maintain its brilliance and the intensity of its colors.

Design Carrelages is very selective about its suppliers, all of which are renowned for the quality of their products, such as Cineurope, Dural, Fassa Bortolo, Filachim, Lantania, Metalica, Vertebra, Schomburg, Schluter Systems, Raimondi, and others.

“Greetings. I brought materials on pallets. You can safely turn towards their gates, no need to go further, stop in front of the gates, as close to the right as possible so that the forklift can enter the territory with the cargo... Then to the office or a warehouse worker will meet you... After unloading, back up across the street, opposite into the territory, then to the right and further according to the task... Google shows a roundabout at the end of the street to turn around, I wasn't there... I didn't see any places for a pause... Smooth roads to everyone!!!”

“Hello, after more than 1 year of waiting, I must communicate that your work is unprofessional, both from your workers and even your managers. A shower with a slope of not even 1%, poorly laid tiles, dusty grout, out of square between the stairs and the 1st floor, hollow tiles. I am forced to call an expert and take legal action.”

Response from the owner

We are sorry to read this, as we have written several emails to your wife to arrange an appointment to redo your complete bathroom and until today without any reply from you. Unfortunately it was a subcontractor who carried out this poor work and the slope of the shower was indicated to your developer and we were instructed to do it that way. I stand by my proposal to completely redo your bathroom and I do not understand why you are taking this path since we are waiting for you. So our proposal remains valid to completely redo your bathroom

“Unfortunately, I have to lower my rating because over time we realized that we were poorly informed about the granite; it is indeed very beautiful, but also very fragile, and the limestone areas break quickly.”

“An extremely unfriendly secretary on the phone, who already seems to know everything better, I have never experienced anything so arrogant on the phone. In addition, I was supposed to be called back for an appointment to get an estimate, but I am still waiting for that call today. Now another company is doing the work! Unfortunately, you cannot give 0 stars.”
