“I am very disappointed with the Christmas tree I bought: it's only been five days since I set it up, taking care to give it water, but it keeps losing its needles. If this continues, it will be bare and dry for Christmas. This is the first time this has happened to me. Could it have suffered from thermal shock before purchase? I am dismayed.”

“Mr. Elsen accompanied us throughout the creation of our garden in the vicinity of Luxembourg City. The terrain was not only difficult to access, but also quite complicated given the natural elements it contains (slopes, etc.). Apart from the waiting times for quotes (I admit, patience is not my strong suit), De Grénge Männchen demonstrated truly exemplary work. The results far exceeded our expectations, the workers were courteous, fast and meticulous, and the organization of the site was impeccable (contact with the municipality, neighbors, etc.). In short, if every company had behaved this way, building the house would have been much less stressful. Once again, a big thank you to Mr. Elsen and the De Grénge Männchen team!”

Very disappointed with this company. Very unprofessional and unwelcoming to the customer. We approached this company in mid March 2021 for a project . We were told on site that as the gardener was indisposed an email with our request would be dealt with quickly and we would then receive a quote. After waiting for 3 long weeks, we received no response. Even after asking again on the site, we were met with an unfriendly refusal.
Too bad, we wanted to buy locally, respectively have local artisanship, but apparently some local companies are not willing to take small orders.”

“I'm always amazed about how big their selection is. They have loads of great plants, trees, flowers, if I need something specific, I'm always sure to find it here. Seems do be a family business run buy people that know their stuff, they are passionate about their work and can recommend and inform you very well about any plant needs you may have.”
