Hello, it's true that I received offers, but the fence requires installation on a brick foundation, and your last communication was that I would receive the offer for the foundation the next day. I never received it, and when we called, they said they would send it but still haven't. This was early August. The interaction was professional, but I just lost over a month because we weren't engaged with other companies at the time. And that was a mistake.
