“!!!Scam Alert!!! Do NOT hire this cleaning company. I moved out of my 55 m² apartment in June, and my landlord hired this company to clean it. I had already done a lot of thorough cleaning myself, and the apartment was in great condition. Shortly after, the company sent an invoice demanding €1300 for their service. When I contacted them to ask how such an outrageous price could be justified, they refused to give me any explanation. I also requested a detailed invoice showing how the amount was calculated, but they completely ignored my request. The company is uncooperative and refuses to provide any transparency. I honestly cannot understand how a price of €1300 could possibly be charged for cleaning a small apartment that was already in very good condition. This company scams its customers and doesn’t even seem ashamed of it. At this point, I have involved a lawyer to deal with the matter. My advice is to avoid this company at all costs!!! If I could give 0 stars, I would.”
