“Installation of 2 solar panels for hot water installed by a large, well-known company in the Diekirch region. After a few years, a leak. Impossible to repair, everything had to be replaced, +/- €3000. I asked Schanen: it can be repaired. A new heating element with a seal, labor hours... €317. That's what I call a competent company that doesn't take customers for fools. Thanks to the whole team, the secretariat is also professional and courteous.”

“I needed twice their service. Everytime they repaired well what I needed. Once they even improvised to help me with an other unplanned problem on the same day. 3 different workers had been in my house, all respectful, natural friendly, competent and the will to fix things well. Only negativ point: they took several months to send me the invoice (fair price for these times...) But I guess as usual these small companies have limited resources. I strongly recommand 👍”

“I'm a private client and the experience with them was very bad. Communication was bad, no handover or explaination after the home visit, immediately after the technician left the device broke down again in even worse condition than before, then on the phone the representative immediatly tried to blame us for handling the device incorrectly. They promised to check and call us back with a solution/price quote but never called. Shortly after we received an extortion bill for replacement of spare parts that we were neither informed of beforehand nor afterward. Emails sent to them are like into abyss. In the end we just paid to get over with it but will never recommend their services again.”
