“A lesson I unfortunately learned the hard way: Never trust that your contact person has correctly understood or noted your wishes, even if they seem obvious. Even less do I like to be branded a liar when misunderstandings arise. In my case, some things were not correctly documented, and it felt like I was being blamed for mistakes that weren't mine. Here, the customer may be king, but only as long as everything is not yet in writing. An extremely disappointing experience.”
