Terrible service. The first time they gave us the wrong product instead of the one we had reserved. A year later, I called them I was on my way to pick up another product. They didn’t tell me they close earlier than usual in August and they had not updated their opening hours on Google. I arrived 5’ after they closed and they refused to give me the product I reserved. The construction sector in Luxembourg is notorious for its lack of professionalism but these guys are on a whole other level.
