My experience with this dealer has been disappointing. I paid in full in advance for motorcycle crash bars (EUR 250) together with the purchase of a new motorbike. The reimbursement for this item has been outstanding since July 2024. Despite multiple reminders and follow-ups over more than a year, the issue has not been resolved and no clear response has been provided. Regrettably, the lack of follow-up and accountability has significantly impacted my trust as a customer.

Terrible customer service. Nobody responds to the emails, and the phone goes immediately to a voice mail for on mute. Lack of communication about moving clients to Autopolis, impossible to book a check up. Stay away.

Not surprised by all the complaints and negative reviews: lack of transparency and professionalism across the organisation with a rude – if almost not existent - customer service. The competitive up-front fares you pay monthly will be “compensated” by expensive services - even for entry level cars – and extra/ speculative fees at the moment you return the car - if you disgraceful decide to go for the leasing option – From 2018 only, my company has leased 2 cars paying regularly with no delays a total amount of > 40,000 EUR (!!!). In May 2020, I have a got a 2.5 years (!!!!!) back dated invoice for 265eur – attached for your reference – whose rationale only Goodness knows. A request for further explanations of the mentioned 2.5 years back dated invoice was made but went unnoticed. Explore alternatives before signing up with them.

Watch out! You cannot trust this company!! NEVER LEASE A CAR VIA THEM OR HELLO RENT! ITS A SCAM!! Firstly i returned the car on the due date after paying monthly lease payments. I kept receiving notices to pay the payments from the Bank and finally a letter of a 'Salary deduction' of 27,000 euros (yes full price of the car!) from the Bank addressed to my employer!! When i spoke to the owner. I was made to understand i need to pay 2,778 euros for the car tyres (see pictures) to have them fully replaced otherwise they would say that i never returned the car and that the car was only given back for repairs!! Long story short, i had to pay the 2,778 euros for the replacement of the original tyres for a leased car used for only a year i also had to be stressed for a 27,000 euros to be deducted from my yearly salary!! Enough to be in despair!! (Added some specifications and proof of the 'damaged car' upon reply from the owner)
