“To AVOID!!! We contacted the company in 2022 to receive price estimation for painting and tile change work. The person was 40 min. late without letting us know that he would be late and when arrived he took another 20 min. to talk on the phone in front of the entrance to our building. To mention that we live 5 min. walking distance from the company (in Alzingen). When he entered the flat he started making photos without asking our permission. When my husband asked why he needed photos, he got aggressive, so we asked him to leave our flat and no business relationship were established. When we called to the company to complain about such inappropriate behaviour, we got to know that the guy who visited us was the owner of the company. What a shame!!! So unprofessional. And thankfully, we did not proceed with any work as it could be much worse.”

“I have had a similar experience with this company as per the other negative reviews. Never showed up the first time. Left a voicemail with the manager for an explanation and he called back a few days later saying there had been a miscommunication with his employee. He asked if I still wanted a Rdv and I gave them a second chance... but they are currently 31 mins late for that 2nd chance. Manager unreachable by phone, voicemail has been disconnected... doubt they will show up now that I have read the previous reviews. Sorry Art Deco Lux, but I don't give 3rd chances!”
