“I have rarely experienced such a pathetic service: - Spring 2020, Ms. Annette comes to us to see what needs to be cleaned. Afterwards, we receive a cleaning contract. We signed and sent it back. - October 2020, an email asking why no one had contacted us. We would like the cleaning to be done as agreed in the contract. They wanted to know when they should come. I NEVER heard another word from them again. 1 month ago, I sent another email asking if they still intended to come and clean. To this day, still no reply. Well, it seems you don't need clients. This is a mockery. Unprecedented. 0 stars.”
