Complete restoration of a degraded render with Weber reinforced plaster and repainting of roof soffits

The old render of this single-family house showed flaking in patches on the red sections, cracks along the block joints, and a gable heavily soiled by streaks and moss. The substrate was no longer protected, and deterioration progressed with each season.

We started with high-pressure cleaning of all surfaces, followed by an anti-moss treatment and the removal of all non-adhering parts. The facade was then restored using a Weber reinforced plaster system — adhesive, fiberglass mesh, second coat of adhesive — which seals cracks and provides the substrate with a homogeneous and durable surface. The finish was applied with Maestria Cuiras ISO 700 paint, a facade coating with antifungal treatment that provides lasting protection against the return of moss and algae.

The roof soffits were repainted with Maestria Excelior.

This is a facade reinforcement using reinforced plaster, without added insulation: existing thicknesses and window sills are preserved, which avoids any rework of carpentry or sheet metal work.
