In this new residence in Luxembourg, the project involved the complete painting of several apartments as well as the common areas — stairwells, landings, and corridors. The challenge of a multi-unit housing project: a homogeneous finish from one apartment to another, adherence to delivery deadlines, and careful treatment of common areas, which create the first impression of the residence.
In the apartments, we prepared the surfaces and then applied interior paint in light shades, with particular attention to cuts, corners, and connections around joinery, outlets, and ceilings. In the common stairwell, we applied a Weber mineral render: a structured coating, resistant to traffic and impacts, suitable for high-traffic areas. Its mineral texture conceals minor surface irregularities and ensures superior durability compared to classic paint in a collective space.
The result: homes with clean and bright finishes, ready to be inhabited, and common areas that are both durable and well-maintained. From interior paint to technical mineral coating, we cover all the needs of a residence, from private to collective spaces.
