ASARS Real Estate Development Company was founded in 1998 by the ambitious engineer R. Agaajani and is now managed by a group of highly qualified engineers specialising in construction and innovation.

Proof of the company’s excellence are two awards from the Association of Architects and Engineers in 2004 and 2012 and first prizes in numerous international competitions in recent years. S. Agaajani was recently awarded by the International Masonry Society, based in London, for his contribution to the development of a new masonry product that could revolutionise traditional construction methods. The prize was awarded for the best international thesis of 2015.

ASARS develops properties for future owners and investors with high design aspirations that lead to lucrative investment returns. Our design of residential and commercial projects is characterised by advanced features in terms of technical requirements and energy efficiency. In addition, ASARS offers advice tailored to the needs of our clients, including effective measures and practical strategies for fund management as part of a safe and sustainable investment in real estate projects in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

Winner of several competitions of the "Fonds Kirchberg" and the "Agora", ASARS Constructions bases its development and success on its technical expertise and close collaboration with a network of reliable partners.

At ASARS, we offer a modern and original design supported by around thirty companies that work with us on a daily basis. These trustworthy partnerships are the guarantee of high quality coordination and execution, enabling us to meet the agreed deadlines with high precision. Our employees always work closely with various consultants, such as floor designers, engineers, health and safety coordinators and architects.

In addition, our clients benefit from a ten-year insurance provided by a company based in Luxembourg. To date, ASARS Constructions has completed around 800 residential units for many satisfied clients, who we consider to be the best ambassadors of our work.
