Join a growing company serving Luxembourgish artisans
As part of our business development, we are looking for a motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented Sales / Business Developer B2B to join our team.
Your main mission will be to support Luxembourgish artisans in their commercial development and digital transformation, by offering them solutions tailored to their needs: online visibility, website creation, digital advertising campaigns, and customized marketing services.
If you enjoy client contact, prospecting, negotiation, and want to actively contribute to the success of local businesses, this position is for you.
Your main missions:
Develop the client portfolio
You identify new business opportunities, actively prospect artisan businesses, and initiate qualified contacts to present our services and digital solutions.
Support existing clients
You ensure regular client follow-up, maintain a relationship of trust, and propose complementary solutions adapted to their development objectives.
Promote our digital services
You represent our platform and our digital marketing offers to Luxembourgish artisans: website creation, SEO, online advertising campaigns, digital visibility, and other customized services.
Manage the sales cycle
You manage the entire sales process: initial contact, needs analysis, solution presentation, offer elaboration, negotiation, and contract closing.
Ensure commercial follow-up
You monitor your performance, update client information, and provide regular reports on your actions, results, and identified opportunities.
Candidate Profile
You have B2B sales experience, ideally in services, digital, marketing, or communication.
You are comfortable with commercial prospecting and can quickly build trust with your contacts.
You have good listening skills, strong analytical abilities, and can propose solutions tailored to each client's needs.
You are autonomous, organized, persevering, and motivated by achieving commercial objectives.
Good knowledge of the Luxembourgish economic fabric and the artisan sector is a real asset.
Proficiency in French is mandatory. Knowledge of Luxembourgish, German, or English is an additional advantage.
A driver's license is required.
